Returns & Exchanges

Disney Music Emporium wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, we can only accept returns for unopened or defective physical media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads and limited edition collectibles are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Guest Services team via the support portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened vinyl, CD, or merchandise in its original shipping container to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided RMA label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 7-10 business days.
