When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For limited edition vinyl releases and pre-orders, please refer to the specific shipping dates listed on the product page.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the media, opened vinyl, CDs, and cassettes cannot be returned unless they are verified as faulty.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or with sleeve damage, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement.
